Jesús A. Baruk, Esq.
Jesús is a bilingual attorney who holds a Juris Doctor and brings a strong professional background in both the legal and financial sectors. Before becoming an attorney, he practiced as an accountant, a foundation that gives him a strong analytical perspective and meticulous attention to detail in every case he handles.
As an immigrant and advocate for vulnerable communities, Jesús approaches his legal practice with a deep sense of commitment, empathy, and responsibility. His experience includes work with public institutions and collaborations with nonprofit organizations, which have given him a direct understanding of the challenges many families face within the legal system.
He currently litigates cases nationwide before immigration courts and appellate tribunals, providing strategic representation with a personal approach focused on protecting his clients’ futures. He is also an active member of leading immigration law organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild (NIPNLG).
